99 Luftballoons...
For the last few months I've had the privilege of working with David Lampard on creating a series of photographs that will be incorporated into his production of William Finn's
'Elegies: A Song Cycle'.This one is my favourite.
30 Red Balloons = $58
Canon 40D with Multi-shot setting = $1500
11 hours worth of composite edting = $11
2 bottles of coke = $6
Ending up with something that belongs on a Pink Floyd album cover = priceless.

[link]Let me point out NONE of this is stock photography, it is all my own original work, shot on the pavement at the end of my driveway and using balloons from a local party hire shop.
And if I did it right, there should be no repeats in the editing

i was helping set up an exhibition for storm thorgerson this week (he shot all the pink floyd covers etc)
and i saw this and thought,, why on earth has she uploaded one of stormy's pictures??
aha lovely work though!
And yes, I know about the covers. My dad collected/played PF throughout my childhood and those covers were the reason I wanted to take up photography
