That is exactly where I got the title from - well spotted! ;)
I read the book a while back and man, that was a tough one to get through.
Really raw stuff. But definately worth it!

when i actually clicked on the image, i doubted the book reference because of the lyrics, and the thin/fit model - unlike the book's character. ;) i haven't read the book in years, but i really enjoyed it and remembered it
